Sadly, in the year 2022 alone, around 210 children (ages 0-17) were fatally shot, and a further 519 were injured in gun-related accidents. Those under the age of 25 are especially vulnerable to these occurrences due to impulsive behavior, an inclination for risk-taking, and curiosity about firearms often associated with adolescence.
